Ordering Details On this page you will find all the details on how your order is processed, what to do if your order is missing or damaged and some notes on taxes and gift items. Order Processing Your goods are shipped immediately on receipt of your order. However if we do not have stock of the item you have ordered, then we will contact you via email with suggested alternatives. Shipping is via postal services or by courier depending on where you order from. Shipments take around 3-7 days to European destinations and longer the further away from Europe you are, allow 1-3 weeks for US shipments. Credit Card Payments Security & Privacy Your credit card payments are processed on Worldpay secure servers. Worldpay is a company of the Royal Bank of Scotland and is one of the largest internet credit card processor in the world. Our prices are calculated in Euro's and the price converted to the currency of your card. Shipping Costs Delivery cost is extra, it is calculated when you select your shipping zone on the online shopping cart. You can still cancel the order after this calculation, so you can accept or reject the final shipping charge. The following prices will give you a rough idea as to the shipping costs.
Import Duty Soap-Flowers is based in Barcelona Spain in the European Union. Shipments made to the European Union do not incur import duty (tax). However if your purchases are for shipment outside of the EU, you may be required to pay a tax on receipt of your goods. You are liable for that tax, we do not pay that tax for you. Note: small and medium orders do not incur this 'duty' charge, for large orders the duty rate is typically 3% plus a handling charge.
