Soap-Flowers.com will accept the return of any item purchased from us within 14 days of delivery. The only cost to you, is the cost of returning the product to us.

To make a return you will need to let us know that you are canceling your order on the form below. We will confirm the return to you via email, together with a cancellation number and address to send the product to. Please write this cancellation number on the outside of the box.

* The order reference number can be found on your receipt and on the original confirmation email.

** If you are returning a complete order leave this blank. If you wish to return only part of an order please enter the product codes to be returned. Partial returns will naturally receive a partial refund.

Please use an insured, trackable method to return the goods, as we accept no responsible for lost or damaged items.

Once we have received and checked the returns and providing they are in an acceptable condition we will authorize a full refund, via your original payment method.
